Mustang grew larger and heavier with each model year until, in response to 1971.1973 models, Ford returned the car to its original size and concept for 1974. Since then generations to see a few platforms and design. Although several other horse cars have seen a revival, the Mustang was the original pony car only to remain in production for more than four decades disrupted the development and revision.

2011 Ford Fusion
The North American Fusion also encountered naming problems. In this case, his original name was Futura, first used on the Futura 1955 Lincoln later made famous as the Batmobile 60s, and later the model designation used for a version of the 1960 Falcon, and Australia's Ford Falcon Futura models from 1964 to 2008, and last used in the U.S. Thursday, December 16, 2010
2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302
The boss is back – and it’s back with a vengeance. Meet the 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 – said to be the quickest, best-handling straight-production Mustang ever offered by Ford, based on the strong foundation provided by the 2011 Mustang GT. The model has been upgraded in nearly every aspect including engine output, brakes, suspension, interior and exterior all examined to optimize weight, aerodynamics and track performance.
The decision to build a modern Boss was not entered into lightly,” said Derrick Kuzak, group vice president, Global Product Development. “The entire team at Ford felt the time was right and with the right ingredients, the world-class 2011 Mustang could support a successful, race-bred, worthy successor to the original Boss 302. For us that meant a production Mustang that could top one of the world”s best ““ the 2010 BMW M3 ““ in lap times at Laguna Seca. We met our expectations.”
To celebrate the victory and the racing heritage, Ford will offer a limited number of Boss 302 Laguna Seca models for those interested in more on-track driving. The 302 Laguna Seca has increased body stiffness, a firmer chassis set-up and an aerodynamics package carried over almost in its entirety from the Ford Racing Boss 302R.
So what’s under the hood? The 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 uses the same 5.0L V8 from the 2011 GT but to achieve the high-rpm horsepower to make it competitive on the track, Ford added a new intake, revised camshafts and a more aggressive control calibration. All that results in 440-hp and 380 lb-ft of torque. Power is transmitted to the wheels through a race inspired short-throw, close-ratio six-speed manual transmission handles gear change duties.Tuesday, November 23, 2010
2011 Ford Fusion price
Text With a Spin:

This may be helped by preferring the hybrid rendition, which racks up 41 MPG out on the interstate. Motor decisions for this vehicle combine a juiced up four barrel and several special V6 outlines. The essential four barrel sits at around 175 horsepower, and the broad selection of special powertrains makes this a highly flexible decision for mid range shoppers.

New 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302

New 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 Front of View

2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 Laguna Seca
The 2012 Mustang Boss 302 was unveiled this morning at Mazda Raceway Mustang Laguna Seca, and we were at the track bright and early to see it take a lap around the famous race course. Due to some early morning rain, the lap actually never happened (we weren't told and were up at the corkscrew for about an hour waiting in the rain), but we managed to make it down to the pits to catch our first glimpse at the car.
We'll spare you going over the details again - you can see the official press release, photos and video from our post this morning – but what we can bring you are the first live photos of the Mustang Boss 302, including a few of the "Laguna Seca" edition.
2011 Shelby Roush SR-71 Mustang Sold $375,000!

2011 Shelby Roush SR-71 Mustang
For the first time ever Carroll Shelby and Jack Roush are teaming up to create a one off Mustang for charity! According to a recently published article by Roush Performance, both Shelby and Roush have met with Ford Motor Company to design and engineer the 2011 SR-71 Mustang which will go up for auction at the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Airventure Aviation Show. All proceeds from the auction will go to support the EAA’s Young Eagles program.
Ford Motor Company has been a proud supporter of EAA and the Young Eagles for the past 15 years by providing various vehicles and donations each year to be raffled and auctioned off. Last year Ford created the AV-X10 Mustang which sold at auction for $250,000. The year prior Ford built another one-of-a-kind Mustang for the Airventure show, the 2008 AV8R Mustang. The AV8R was named after the famous P-51 fighter plane, which played a key role in World War II as a bomber escort. It sold for an amazing $500,000! In 2006 Ford and Shelby donated a Shelby GT-H Mustang, which sold for $250,000.
The 2011 SR-71 Mustang was inspired by the SR71 "Blackbird" spy plane built by Lockheed Martin in the 60s, an airplane that holds the world record for the fastest air breathing manned aircraft in history. The SR-71 Mustang will be packed with tons of unique features including a Whipple Twin Screw Supercharger atop it's 5.0L V8 engine and Carroll's and Jack's signatures embroidered on the seats. The auction for the SR-71 Mustang will take place on July 29th at 7:30 PM CST at the EAA Museum in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

-Aluminum block 5.0L engine with a Whipple Twin Screw Supercharger with Ford Racing calibration and Roush intake

Ford Edge pictures
Getting the tuner and customization set to see the Ford Edge as a subject worth messing with will take some effort, though the idea isn't the worst one. The latest is this tuner Edge, made over by suspension supplier H&R to showcase its sport springs, wheel spacers, camber adjustment bolts and other such aftermarket suspension kit. Of course, the Edge could use a bit of lowering, and a bit more taut feel for our own taste, formed by years of riding a scant few inches from the ground. The Edge benefits from a lower stance and more rubber, which gives its oddball geometry a squat muscularity. And somehow, the Edge looks best in a shade of orange, whether this searing Gemballa tint or Ford's own "Blazing Copper" metallic. The kids may not race to get on board, but we'll give it a pound. At least.
